Celebrating my newest arrival with Belabumbum

It is with pleasure that I am writing my latest article after the arrival of my newest bundle of joy.  Our daughter, Harlow Gray Cohen, was born on August 15th at 8:02AM.  She has a full head of hair (as I suspected given my severe heartburn) and a huge appetite just like her big brother.  She has a sweet temperament that only a 3rd child could have and I have already caught myself tossing everything else to the side as I savor every last second with this sweet little baby girl.    We are still adjusting as a family of 5 but with that said…. Life is good! I secretly wish Harlow the best of luck keeping up with her very busy family that is constantly on the go and hope she enjoys all the adventures we will take her on!

My journey of welcoming home our newest daughter was made seamless with the discovery of Belabumbum.  Belabumbum.com is a website for expecting moms, nursing moms, and beyond. They offer an array of beautiful maternity and post maternity items that make a  mom feel special throughout the motherhood experience.  A women’s body takes on so many different transformations and having a company that recognizes and embraces this change is so important.

As a 3rd time mom I didn’t even bother taking my  beautiful new nursing pajamas to the hospital. I had my Lotus nursing chemise and Lotus kimono robe waiting for me at home.  Holding my daughter close those first few weeks meant everything to me! You never get the early days back and I intended to cherish every second.  The Lotus collection is made from a super soft baby Jersey material and I loved the soft lace detailing which added a little something special! The ease and comfortability of this set has made it a favorite in my closet.

As a New Yorker I also need to get out of our apartment “a lot”! Belabumbum offers an amazing collection of casual wear defined as  “belly, boudoir and beyond”.  I love this! I’m a creature of habit so I gravitate immediately towards anything black.  I fell in love with  their black strappy romper paired with a super cute black and white striped cardigan which doubles as a nursing cover.  This has been my go to outfit as I get back to my pre pregnancy size.  However, it’s so comfy I may not give it up so easy!

The serena soft cup nursing bra has been amazing! Completely disguised as a sexy bra, it offers everything.   Sometimes it can be so hard to find the right style and size but I’m obsessed with this particular style and can only imagine the rest of the collections are just as great.

A huge thank you to Belabumbum for helping me to celebrate my changing body and I’m extremely happy to have been part of the #BacktoMyBelabumbum campaign!
