I recently attended the Holiday Preview in NYC for Sam’s Club and it’s safe to say “I’m ready for my favorite time of the year!” I was greeted by the inviting holiday scent of the most incredible large candles ever and I can already envision one in my own apartment! There were so many items on hand at an amazing price point and I did my best to capture everything because it was just all SO GOOD!
Let’s talk FOOD! Whether you typically go to someone’s else’s house, or entertain yourself around the holidays, everyone needs to feel confident in what they are bringing or serving. Sam’s club has been helping people entertain in style forever and they keep getting better every year. Whether you are looking for a delectable artisanal cheese board, nice bottle of wine, or a delicious pie, you can always count on Sam’s club. The holidays are also the busiest time of the year for most and there is no reason to feel guilty about not making something yourself. I love the special appetizers Sam’s club has available for sale and trust me, your guests will completely be impressed!
Regardless of beliefs, most everyone celebrates the holidays in one way or the other. There are always gifts to buy for teachers, family, friends…you name it! A token of appreciation is so thoughtful around the holidays and this year I’ve got you covered! Sam’s club has so many great ideas and I know I would love to personally receive any of these items… HINT HINT! They are priced so reasonably so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank.
I personally love the idea of giving special and tasty treats. Chocolate is always a win and with a reusable & pretty container, your recipient will be so thrilled! Other great ideas are festive insulated cups pre-filled with hot chocolate. Sam’s Club has packaged them so conveniently all you need to do is attach a name tag. If you are like me, it can be very difficult to get to an actual Sam’s Club location. I asked about this and believe it or not, there are serious perks for us that don’t live near a store. So many items this holiday season are an “online exclusive” including this cool vintage record player and fun retro holiday inspired van.
You can buy an upgraded annual membership that allows for free shipping (on most items). The holidays are probably the most exciting for kids! With so many options and don’t forget about the online influence, how do you know what to buy for your own kids or family members? I spoke with the toy buyer of Sam’s Club (super jealous of this job!) and she made it so simple this year and selected the best holiday kids merch ever! Unicorns are still going strong. Sam’s Club has a ride-on Unicorn (holds up to 75lbs) that’s amazing.
My girls would literally flip over this. Also, there’s a unicorn soft and cozy sleeping bag, a furry blanket with arm holes and a hood and don’t forget this fun tee pee that folds when you are done.
Does anyone know Ryan on YouTube Kids? My girls sure do, and they would LOVE to receive this giant surprise egg. Trust me, even if you don’t know who he is,,, chances are your kids do and will love you for this gift! You can thank me later. I think one of the best holiday gifts this year is this supermarket checkout center. The Sam’s Club toy buyer was really excited over this and so was I! It comes with everything you see here including a working microphone for $99! This compact toy will give your littles hours of playtime.
One thing I loved is how Sam’s Club wanted to get away from “screens” this year. So many toys are still electronic based and goes back to our kids getting too much screen time. It’s important that kids have good Old-Fashioned Toys they can use their imagination with. One of my favorite thing growing up was a tent bed. When I saw this item I was reminded how much I loved mine. How fun is this tent/sleeping bag combo.. AND… it folds up nicely in a duffle when you are done. Kids aren’t the only ones who like to be cozy.
Admittedly I love a good fleece, especially going and coming from the gym. The colors are so great this year for adults and kids and under $20! How can you not but one for yourself and everyone you know! With all of these gifts, you will need some wrapping paper and ribbon! Luckily Sam’s Club also has us covered. They sell a massive roll for only $10. Trust me, this will go a long way. If you are like me and prefer to use the same paper for all your gifts, even better! It’s also great quality but I was told not too strong that it’s hard to bend… just right!
